Launching a new branch of business and building a modern business center (Yerevan)

For over 20 years, the Eurostan Group has been active in the areas of production, construction, trade, and tourism.
In several of these economic sectors, the group holds a leading position. The company was a pioneer in Armenia when it comes to investing in European construction technologies and European construction culture.

Having many years of experience in design and architecture, the founders of the company decided to launch a new branch of business and built a modern business center in downtown Yerevan in 2017. Located at 2/3 Demirchyan st.,
the building with a total area of 4,200 m2 has three overground floors with offices for rent and two underground floors − one is intended for a printing house and the second is a parking lot for 20 cars.

The owners of the company carefully selected the concept for the building engineering systems, giving preference to highly efficient equipment. For example, high-efficiency glazing and windows, automatic heat-saving doors, and an energy-efficient passenger elevator were installed. Remarkably, the owners of the company opted for modern VRF systems for heating purposes instead of the natural gas systems traditionally used.

In addition, a VRF system with integrated heat recovery will make it possible to efficiently use energy in the transition seasons (spring, autumn), as there are special settings for climate management in office buildings. In particular, due to the large glazing surface and the high level of heat dissipation from office equipment, it is often necessary to use heating and cooling simultaneously during the transition seasons, depending on the location of the offices (north- or south-facing).
